Users data collected via our platform are kept on online databases.
We do not share or sell or distribute users' data to any third party

GSM COLLECTION
Access ID is not required to collect users' data to function.
But it is expected of the user to authenticate him/her self via pre-registered mobile phone number with the school.
If the mobile phone supplied is not pre-registered with the school
then the mobile phone number is registered with the school only
if the passcode used for linking to the school is valid.
EMAIL COLLECTION
The email collection is for social networking ,it is optional .
Therefore Email is not transmitted off user's device but saved
in the database locally on the user's device .
ACCOUNT OR DATA DELETION
There is an in built feature on the ACCESS ID application that allows
users to delete any data saved on the appplication. Click the minus sign(-) on the home page of the ACCESS ID application
to delete all data submitted on the application including email and gsm numbers,
name,website,sex,and all data saved on the application will be removed from ACCESS ID
After clicking the minus(-) sign, click the key that reads "Disconnect" to complete
the deletion process.
It should be noted that the application does not transmit email
off user device but the application allows users to share their data with
another user if they so wish. In that case the users's data shared will be available
on the other user's device that has received the sharing.
